All FlowRiders have been tested and new designs have been made to create an experience with the least risk possible. If there is an issue with the product, FlowRider will address the issue immediately. If there is an issue with operations, we offer Safety/ Operations training that can help your venue create the least risk experience on all FlowRider products.
